1. Processing Time:

  • Each item is made to order with meticulous care and attention to detail.

  • Please allow 2 to 7 business days for order processing before shipping. Processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.  

2. Shipping Methods and Rates:

  • At this time Lisa Renee's Closet only ships within the US

  • All packages are shipped via USPS 

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, and the weight of the package. 

3. Estimated Delivery Time:​

  • Economy shipping typically takes between 4 to 8 business days

  • Standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 5 business days 

4.Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

  • You can track the status of your shipment by entering the tracking number through the carrier's tracking portal.

5.Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for orders that are returned to us due to incorrect addresses.

6.Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

  • Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination. If your order is affected by these restrictions, we will notify you promptly.
