You may cancel your order as long as it has not been sent to production. Once the order has been sent to production, cancellations are absolutely NOT possible.
2.Customized Items Cancellation:

Please note that custom-made items are exempt from our standard cancellation policy and must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Custom orders canceled within the specified cancellation window are subject to a $5 cancellation fee.
