Cancellation Policy

At Lisa Renee's Closet, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your order. We strive to accommodate your needs while also ensuring the efficiency of our operations. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Order Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order as long as it has not been sent to production. Once the order has been sent to production, cancellations are absolutely NOT possible. 

2.Customized Items Cancellation:

  • Please note that custom-made items are exempt from our standard cancellation policy and must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If you have any concerns about canceling your custom order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

How to Cancel:

  • To cancel your custom order, please contact our customer support team at lisareneescloset@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your communication.

3. Cancellation Fee:

  • Custom orders canceled within the specified cancellation window are subject to a $5 cancellation fee.

  • The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Refunds:​

  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed using the original method of payment in a timely manner, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Refunds for CUSTOM cancellations will be processed using the original method of payment in a timely manner, depending on your card issuer's policies.
