To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in original packaging, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Custom-made items are exempt from being returned unless there is a defect in the product or an error in customization that was our mistake. (READ ERRORS IN CUSTOMIZATION)
2. Errors in Customization:

In the rare event that there is an error in the customization of your item that was our mistake (e.g., incorrect design, misspelled text), please reach out to us within 15 days of receiving your order.

We require proof of the error, such as photos or screenshots, to verify the mistake

Upon confirmation of the error, we will send you information on where to return your item and we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
3. Damaged Items:

For canvas art, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date at, lisareneescloset@gmail.com.

We require photo evidence of the defect or damage to process your return efficiently.

​Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or replacement, if the defect or damage was done during production of the product.

Lisa Renee's Closet and its affiliates are not responsible for damages caused by carrier.
4. Non-Returnable Items:​

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for a return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
